Here are visitors on vacation, kickoff or a fun conference. People are open to positive messages and we take advantage of that. We have offices in Åre Torg and know how the market and people work up here. We also know what is worth doing on and what is not.

Work process
Purpose
What is the purpose of the event? A classic question that we need to get answered in order to set goals and know which way to work. We at Åreguiderna Event are competitive people (old competitive skiers) and love to achieve and exceed goals. We want to do that with you too! We always sit down with the customer to properly discuss the purpose, idea and goals.
Production
When the purpose, idea and goals are ready, we make an overall project plan. We are also making a timetable and a budget. We fix staff, permits (landowner contacts) and produce material that forms the basis for the upcoming meeting. We put together a team with the right skills and contract suppliers and partners. As the event approaches, we transform the planning and production into a detailed time schedule based on the ideas. We simply do what we are experts at: to lead projects and make sure to keep track of the parts and the whole, always with the idea as a guiding principle.
Evaluation
Throughout the process, we make continuous reconciliations, so that the customer is constantly involved in and updated on where we stand in the project. After implementation, we recommend to make a proper evaluation. Together with the customer, we summarize the successes and lessons learned. Did we reach the target? Was it a meaningful event? Then we look ahead: what do we do now? Are we going to do the same thing next year? We believe in long-term partnerships and building recurring events.
