Terms and Conditions

Private customers

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the activity, otherwise 100% of the price will be charged.
• Cancellation or reduction of participants less than 48 hours before the start of the activity will be charged at full price.

Conference / group bookings above 10 000 kr

Cancellation of the entire arrangement will be charged as follows:

• 60-30 days before – 25% of total
• 29-15 days before – 50% of total
• 14-0 days before – 100% of total

Reduction of participants

• 30-15 days before – 40% of total amount
• 14-0 days before – 100% of total

Cancelled activity

• Åreguiderna reserves the right to cancel the activity unless the minimum number of 3 participants is reached.
• Åreguiderna reserves the right to cancel the activity if a security risk arises. Such as adverse weather conditions.
• Åreguiderna reserves the right to decide when there are adverse conditions for the activity.
• If an activity is cancelled, the guest will be offered a rebooking of an activity or a refund.
