This activity fits from about 20 people up to really large groups. We divide the group into teams of about 6-12 people. Now follows a form of point orientation where collaborative skills, strategic thinking and good division of labor are important ingredients to win. A checkpoint consists either of a task to solve or more extensive task that the team will perform. We can customize tasks and stations according to the theme of the conference. The activity can be carried out both inside the hotel and out on the mountain.

Classic pentathlon

Collaborative exercises where we divide the group into teams and run activities that are adapted to the weather. Characteristics such as collaborative skills, cunning and precision will be important to succeed. A mix of old classic scout exercises for contemporary games.

Åre Winter Games

Åre’s own Winter Olympics that can be run with both small and large groups. Time 2-4h exl time for meal. We divide the participants into different countries, light the symbolic fire and let the contestants meet in classic winter events. Suitable for 50-1000 people.

Building sled

A fun activity where the participants together will plan, build and test the construction of a self-designed sled. When the teams manage to build their sled, we end with a fun competition against the other teams. Is it sturdy enough? Is it fast enough? Show it! This activity requires good cooperation and is a good starting point for participants to be able to work with communication, feedback and problem solving.

The Great Adventure

The adventure your group deserves and needs! If you are looking for something special to strengthen cooperation and community in your group, this is the perfect activity. A team competition in the wilderness where the feeling of overcoming the forces of nature arises. Through cooperation and the use of the team members’ strengths, you get through the terrain around and on Åreskutan. We adapt activity to the customer’s wishes in terms of focus on “first team in goal wins” or “the important thing is to participate”. It will be a full day with everything that belongs to the wilderness, such as lunch cooked at a storm kitchen and coffee cooked over an open fire.

More activities for your team

Can the afternoon conference talks take place on the mountain while we slowly walk towards the top or perhaps inside a mountain cabin in front of the fireplace. Should the next management team meeting start with a helicopter tour out to a hunting lodge on the mountain where you run business pass, lunch and subsequent snowmobile tour. Ends the day with a relax and sauna, champagne tasting and subsequent dinner.
